The Principals of Nautilus Group recently completed the development of Parnell Medical Plaza, an 18,000 square foot medical office building with subterranean parking, which has been leased to DaVita, Inc. The firm is currently in construction on a 45,000 square foot outpatient treatment facility with a fully automated subterranean parking facility, the 16th St. Outpatient Services Building. This facility has been pre-leased to UCLA Health Services.
